By using Ink & Insight, you agree to use the service lawfully, keep your account credentials secure, and avoid abuse of community, billing, API, and publishing features.
Paid access, invoices, cancellations, and renewals are governed by the plan terms presented at checkout. Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, content theft, or attempts to bypass account restrictions.
Editorial content remains the intellectual property of Ink & Insight and its contributors unless otherwise stated. Membership grants access rights, not ownership or redistribution rights.
